  This is based on my experience. The company charged us twice. I called the same day, they were completely clueless as to how to check if my account was charged twice. The person who charged us incorrectly indicated that there was an issue with their credit card system. Then the manager said, yes yes no problem I will give you the money back. The owner/manager did not know how to void the transaction or give a refund.
  We went back for the money back days later and the manager denied that they double charged and was unwilling to give back the money.
  He did not know how to verify the double charge once again on his end. In my opinion the business is not well managed and they are clueless in regards to operations.
  I had to go thru my bank to get refund because they were not helpful at all.
